Medical Board suspend license of Baytown doctor

Most can probably agree that those in the medical profession are, by and large, upstanding citizens of their communities as well as pillars of decorum. This is not the case of at least one local doctor, who is now off the road after an incident of reckless driving and suspicious activities involving drugs.
